 Kitchen Manager is a business
management software program designed for the design studio. This open
architecture Microsoft Access database product is perfect for a small
business as it requires little hardware or networking to operate
efficiently. Kitchen Manager collects information about your
prospective customers from the moment they call or stop into your studio.
Kitchen Manager builds upon this initial contact through the development of
proposals that turn into contracts once the project has been sold.
Then, Kitchen Manager uses the information collected to build the contract
to generate product and labor purchase orders to be submitted to all of your
design studio vendors, including cabinetry orders. Kitchen Manager has
many very useful management tools to help the busy design studio keep
control of all activities within their walls and on each job site.
Quick Order Entry is provided
by select cabinet manufacturers to their dealers to be used to create quotes
and orders for production. Each manufacturer develops their product
specific catalog for use within Quick Order Entry. They distribute,
train and support this product for their dealers as they continue to refine
and maintain their product catalog data. This very strong order entry
software package will automatically check for program and catalog updates
and allow it's users to submit orders electronically directly to the
factory.

Factory Manager is a order
management software system that is designed to receive electronically
submitted orders and process faxed or mailed orders into the system. This
vast software system integrates fully with our other manufacturing software
products. Whether it's looking up the status of an outstanding order,
or reviewing the original scanned order document attached to an order, this
software package provides each manufacturer exceptional control over their
orders, employees and processes.
Quick Order Editor is the
complement product to the dealers order entry software. This product
is designed to open an electronically submitted order and offers several
very unique features designed to make the order editing cycle much more
organized and cleaner for all involved.
Catalog Creator is the central
catalog building database tool. This comprehensive tool gathers all
information pertaining to your product catalog. All pricing, product
specs., bill of materials, and graphics logic is stored within this
exceptional tool. Our incredible formula tools allow for each
manufacturer to design their catalogs to actually represent exactly how they
have chosen to price and build their products.
Catalog Printer is a software
module that uses the information and graphics collected by our catalog
creation software to print a product manual. This ensures a complete
match between the electronic pricing catalog used when entering and editing
an order to the printed product spec book.
Quick Order Detailer is
designed to use the bill of materials data entered in our catalog creation
software to generate a complete cut-list of parts and materials necessary to
build the kitchen submitted by the dealer on the entry software and edited
by the order processor using our editing software.
