No foreign application responded to a DDE initiate.

Issue Description:

This issue was reported by a QOE user when trying to send an order to the factory using the Send to Factory button in the Open screen.

This issue will be resolved in QOE v337.

Issue Resolution:

This issue may be resolved by performing the following steps on each machine:

1. Click on "My Computer".
2. Click on your "C" Drive (local disk) to open this folder.
3. Open your "Program Files" folder
4. Open your "TKP" folder within Program Files
5. Right click on the file name "SendFile.exe"
6. Click on "Properties" from the menu presented.
7. Click on the "Compatibility" tab in the Properties screen.
   
8. Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"
9. Choose Windows 2000 from the drop down menu located below the checkbox described in step 8.
