Crystal Report File Registration Conflict with 2020
Version 4.00.0300 reported; Updated 8/4/09
20/20 and QOE use the same report technology (but different versions of it). If 20/20 stops printing after installing QOE please do the following:
20/20 Version 8.1
1)
Click the
Windows Start button in the lower left corner
2)
Click
Run
Vista or
Win7: click in the Search bar (see example below)
3)
Enter the
following line of text:
Regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\20-20 Technologies\2020Design\RptModule\60\EN\crviewer.dll"
(you can copy and paste this to make it easier)
NOTE: Make sure the quote marks are in there!
4)
Click OK
20/20 Version 8
1)
Click the
Windows Start button in the lower left corner
2)
Click
Run
Vista or
Win7: click in the Search bar (see example below)
3)
Enter the
following line of text:
Regsvr32 C:\2020V8\RptModule\60\EN\crviewer.dll
(you can copy and paste this to make it easier)
4)
Click OK
