Issue Description:
This issue was reported by a QOE user while Saving their quote created with a
version 4 catalog.
This error may cause
data loss and it is critical to run Check for Update or download the most
recent version of QOE from our web site to resolve this issue.
Issue Resolution:
This issue may be resolved by performing the following
steps:
- Visit our
QOE
download page online by Clicking on the associated link.
or
- Connect to the Internet.
- Start "Quick Order Entry".
- Click on the "Help" menu
command.
- Click on "Check for Update"
and wait for the software (and any installed catalogs) to update on each
machine.
