"505 Error."

Issue Description:

This issue can occur if the license information required by QOE has been corrupted.

This issue requires that you run the KillLock.exe file from the link below, then re-submit for your QOE registration.

Issue Resolution:

This issue may be resolved by performing the following steps:

  1. On the computer that is receiving this error, download the Killlock.exe to that machines Windows Desktop, then Double Click on the Killlock.exe file to run the program.
     

  2. Start QOE and re-submit for your software registration and wait for TKP to provide you a registration number.
