Training Opportunities

Training Options:

1. "Webinars" - FREE on-line training sessions.  Webinars are short (no longer than 60 minutes) sessions designed to give you live, on-line insight into a specified subject.  Multiple sessions and subjects will be offered during each month. This was, by the far, the most utilized option in 2006.

2. "In-house Training" - For those users who want 1-1 training at their site. On-site training costs and requirements are as follows:

1. Maximum of 8  (Each additional trainee over 8 is $50pp and will require an additional trainer.)
2. Two day minimum* – 8 hrs. each day* -  $50/hr.
3. All travel costs for trainer are covered by customer
4. Trainees must be excused from work during training
5. Training customized to meet the needs of the organization
6. *  Exceptions will be made for Colorado customers.  
3. "On-site Implementation Assistance ~ Consulting" - For those users who want process Implementation Assistance in addition to Training.  The consultant spends time initially looking at your current processes and tailors the implementation and training to how you do business. The costs and requirements are as follows:
   1. First Visit - Two day minimum* – 8 hrs. each day* -  $100/hr.
   2. All travel costs for consultant are covered by customer
   3. Assistance and Training customized to meet the needs of the organization.
   4. Additional days to same location would be billed at $50/hr.  
   5. Requested information and documents must be submitted to consultant in a timely fashion
   6. * Exceptions will be made for Colorado customers.
